I had a very bad experience with BC Movers which are also called Move Alliance group LtdThey showed up 3-hours later then the given time frameWhile waiting for my furniture to arrive they phoned me about 9:pm and told me I had to pay before delivery otherwise I wouldn't get my furniture back that nightThey charged me a ridiculous amount that did not reflect at all the time they spent even though they pretend to bill on an hourly basisI feel like they gave me no choice and totally took advantage of me
