My experience with Move-It, Inc. was horrible. During the initial phone call, I was told that I was receiving an all-incusive rate (movers, packaging, blankets, etc). The original quote was reasonable. However, at the time of the move, they had several hidden fees. I felt like they were making stuff up as they were going along ( $15 for covers, + $24 service charge, $3 for tape and $5 service charge per roll of tape, etc.). They had an inventory list with a number of additional fees and service charges, which they failed to provide to me. They said it was internal document. If I didn't pay all of the fees they demanded when they arrived at my new home, they was going to keep my belongings. I was very upset because the final price was almost double the projected amount. I paid the fees as requested in order to get my belongings. I would never recommend Move-It, Inc. to anyone else.
