We signed a 7 page contract for MM to photograph our wedding in June 2020 with a 25% deposit, we could not wait to work with them. When Covid hit, and we could no longer have our wedding, we asked to move our date with them to June 2021 and they sent us a brand new 17 page agreement for us to sign in order to move forward. There was PANDEMIC language in this contract and the language protected them as a vendor and not us as the customer. They refused to let us sign the original contract for the new date.
