This company does not tell you the window of delivery and the many fees they will chargeThey require cash or money order before they pick up and deliver your furnitureThey will bring your furniture in an wheeler semi truck which they cannot park on streets so they charge you to rent a moving vanWe paid an extra $for moving vanThey charge a stair fee, elevator fee, extra steps fee- $per feet extra! The worst is that when you call customer service to express concerns they yell at you! Hellish experience

They moved me from LA to Vegas pretty much went as expected pickup when they told me and drop off about a day earlier than I thought Nothing brokenIt was a small move but I would use them again
