Customer ordered a move-out cleaning online at www.moveoutseattle.com, a $order for a 3br/3ba home with a dirtiness level of The home actually was a 3br/4ba home, which we do not offer online ordering for The home was a level on the dirtiness scale (sample photos attached),
but customer insisted it should be done in - hours and also informed our techs he could do their work in far less time (he advised he could finish the fridge, which had at least 1/2" of solid hard mold on the bottom, in minutes) We ended up cancelling two jobs the next day as his home needed more work (we stated clearly in our email a week before the job that we needed to know if the home was extremely dirty as we would need to reprice and add the appropriate number of hours to the job) About an hour into the job, when it was apparent we would need more time than the - hours typically required for his house (when a home gets to this level of scrubbing needed, it usually takes twice as long), customer was contacted and authorized the extra time as long "as it got done ha ha" and that they just needed it done as they had to leave the next day Shortly thereafter, however, customer refused to answer our calls or texts after that point and communication became challenging Regarding the bathroom customer describes as "mediocre," customer and his partner went upstairs and showered in that bathroom after we had cleaned and we redid it for them at no charge We scrubbed - layers of grease off the kitchen cabinets, layers upon layers of soap sm off shower walls, all toilet bases were nearly black with dirt, hair, and other matter, the oven itself took hours (please see attached photos), thick mold covered the bottom of the refrigerator, thick dust throughout the home We were never able to complete the entire job because customer would not authorize more time and then had us leave at 3:15PM the next day because they had other obligations Apparently, customer had contractors in the next day, which resulted in dirtied floors and surfaceshours has already been taken off the bill and we request the $be paidCustomer has only paid $deposit to date, which has been applied to his bill
