Review: I gave the owner of the moving company, [redacted] a complete list of all the items we would be moving via email. He gave me a quote of $375 for the entire move. Then they showed up with a small vehicle and charged me double that price to move the items that I already told him about. We were getting the furniture stored in a storage unit as we did not have our new place yet. They damaged our leather sofa, dining table, and beds and just put them in the storage unit without even letting us know about the damage. I have copies of emails to show that state that [redacted] agreed to move all the items in the email for the $375 and I also have pictures of the damage on the furniture. I would like reimbursement for the extra that they charged for the move and want reimbursement for the damage they did to the expensive furniture.Desired Settlement: Want refund of the extra that was charged for the move and want reimbursement for the damaged furniture.
