I have never been more dissatisfied with a companyIt took Moveras or (I lost count) transmissions to get it rightEvery transmission they sent burned out within a matter of monthsSince they only warranty their product for ~80% of the replacement value, I was stuck paying out 2-extra dollars every time one burned outThe customer service is built to sound like it's a very large company and yet in my extensive experience speaking with them, I only ever spoke to peopleAfter numerous Moveras transmissions blew, I told them I wanted the next one for free because I can't keep spending money on THEIR MISTAKESThey sent me a letter to sign (which I was foolish enough to do without reading the fine print)After signing, I called to see how my claim was progressing and was told at that time in a very sarcastic manner by a lady named Kelly that they wouldn't be paying it, then she hung up the phone on me
I have never in my life dealt with such a poor company and I would not wish this experience on anyonePlease take care, Moveras transmissions may be cheap but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! I battled this company for over a year

So I researched buying a rebuilt transmission through AutoZone, this company offered a good long warranty and a good return for the core charge. This is going in a 01 Dodge Ram 1500. The transmission arrives go to the dodge dealer to have it installed so their can be no mistakes about who put in the transmission. Approx 3 days later Im in my driveway turning the truck around and NO Reverse, had to call the dearship to get a two truck and let me use an loaner car. Moveras then demanded that the tech drive, yes drive the truck with a damaged transmission and no reverse to see if there was actually a problem. The distance driven had to be like 6 miles, that sounds like a safe way to do something. Great business sense there. Call Moveras, sent me a new, well I hope it was new by the amount of problems I have been having I suspect it is just a junk one that is cleaned up to look pretty. This trans arrives and it is installed, after costing in the neighborhood of $800. The company mandates a diagnostic exam on the bench to look for the problem, but will not pay for that. Now less than a year later I have had the solenoid go out in the trans so the vehicle is throwing trans codes on the scanner. Had this part replaced they sent the part at no cost to the repair place, however, they are only paying the bare minimum in costs to fix the problem. I drove the truck home no problems seemed to work fine. Made a trip to the store 3 days later and guess what. yep the solenoid is out again. I spoke to them on the phone and all they want to do is give me another trans and they pay their minimum labor rates.
I have more in this trans than almost the cost of the truck.'
THIS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH. THEIR PRODUCT IS JUNK, THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.
The rating I wish could be negative 10 instead of the lowest being a 1.
Unfortunately the company is playing with in the rules of their warranty but it is a poor business practice to operate in this manner. reading the reviews on here first I would never have let this company have my money. I hope other readers will take heed on all the negative experiences that we have had with this company and spread the word and not do business with them.
