Movers & A Truck

Multiple pieces of my brand new furniture were damaged, broken, dropped and scratched in my move that I personally witnessed. The driver refused to sign for the damages and didn't take the contract back with him. He demanded the total of the money half way thru the move and pocketed it. He told me his supervisor was going to come over and look at the damage an hour from the time they left. 2 days later, I have heard nothing. I have called the claims department multiple times with no answer. The sales associate said they were too busy handling other claims and didn't know when the department would get back with me.
