This company was the worst experience in moving history in my life
I moved last month from Albany to OrlandoI decided to do some research and find a better mover to go back with this company but now it seems all are paid reviews.I was told that my things would be packed and shipped Mover Choice Van line and that my things would be in Orlando in about "3-days" after loading.On the contract I signed,they were given a window of days in which to pick up my things and deliver them in OrlandoI don't think that company even looks at their contracts!
I had them pick up my things weren't delivered until my cheque got cleared and I paid 50% cash as well , that was only after contacting themThey broke most of the stuffs as well .I was passed around to different people who always "couldn't help me", "wasn't their department", "wasn't their job", etcTheir customer service left so much to be desired it's not even funny and stupidI found out that they are not the actual movers, Just a brokerThey passed over to another mover called NY Budget mover , another cheater They generally pick up worst mover don't not get shipping and get the commission it seems
Please DO NOT use this company
They damaged my King Bed , Glasses and missed the TV screw and lot of stuffThey are saying it cant be covered by the insurance company
They are not even giving claim form for damages till now even though I am calling them everyday
The quote was for $and they charge me $HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!
My worst experience everI will not recommend them at all

[When I first contacted Movers Chioce I was told that I had 14 days from the date that I signed the contract and now they are tell me something different.  If that was the case then why did one of their representatives poffer me a gift card and why woulg they offer to move me on another date and time throught the year.  Movers Choice just doesn't want to give me mt money back so now I am going to hire a lawyer because I am tired of this back and forth game that they keep playing with me.  I did what Chris told me to do, I made him repeat his instructions so when I followed them to a T, I get pennilized for it.  They said that they were going to review the tapes and then I had to play dodge ball with them to answer any questions about that and they said that they were inconclusive, yeah right, that is only for them because they did not let me hearte tapes, they knew that I told them exactlly what Chris told me.  I want my money back.]
