Movers damaged my furniture
Movers dragged my $3000.00 sectional which tore my fabric
Movers scratched up every corner of my bedroom set
Many days later their manager came by to check out things. Which in return he took my wall clock for repair. And has not returned it back. He will not answer my phone calls
The movers even took my vacuum cleaner
This was terrible. All I wanted was to pay someone to help me move. If they add re a legit business this should not happen to anyone

Contact by the Business They can't repair my furniture. It's too late for that. I have already taken a lost for it. But I would like my wall clock back. Who do they think they are'??
I will try to address each statement in order.
There were many damages (scratches) to the furniture before we arrived. When we came back to repair items that were damaged, we repaired the damages that we did not make as well. She told me she cannot even see the damages anymore by the time I left and thanked me for repairing the items that we did not damage.
The only items we were unable to fix, were the couch and clock. I took the wall clock for repair. After being unable to fix it within 2 weeks, she called again and spoke with my manager where she went off on a tirade about how horrible our movers were and then ended by saying "I am done with dealing with this, I will just take this as a loss, keep the clock". Most interactions on the phone were scattered in topic and hard to make any effort towards resolving any issues. At this point we have already given her a (refurbished vacuum that was originally $200, $225 off her order, and repaired almost all of her furniture except the clock ($40 new) and very minor couch damages). This is where we decided to not go any further with the repair because she told us she no longer wanted our help. I regret not calling her back but the amount of heartache made me think to just let sleeping dogs lie.
We have answered or returned every phone call she made to our company. If she called my direct cell phone I probably didn't answer because I get so much spam as it used to be our main company line, but in my voicemail there is the main company line to call.
I have ordered another clock motor and I will be contacting Mrs. to return her clock. As for her couch, I will be contacting another company that can do the repair.
5 star satisfaction is our number one priority. We have always tried our best to right any wrongs and I do believe we have made some mistakes with dealing with Mrs.. I hope we can resolve these issues in a way that is fair and just.
