Hello ***, I mentioned on the phone that the customer called me once, but he actually called me twiceHere is what transpired: I received a phone call from *** on Monday, days after the move, telling me that brand new TV’s were missingThis was a move into his garageI told him to
call the police and file a police reportI gave him the number of my driver, Sean, and told him to have the detective call me and my driver*** explained that my driver had left the TV’s off of the truck at the load; the load was done at a storage facilityAll storage facilities have videoI told *** to go to the storage facility and watch the videoI have done this a few times and not once has a storage facility refused to allow me to watch their video*** hasn’t mentioned what was on the videoI also explained to *** that if the police decide that we are at fault I would be happy to pay for themAfter ***’s call, I called my driver and asked him about it and he said he placed the TV’s in the top left hand side of the garageAt the end of the move, ***, signed that he received all items in good condition*** called me back or days later and I explained to him that my driver, who is an honest person, said he placed the TV’s in the garage first*** asked me if I could just use my insurance to pay for themI explained to *** that my driver says he placed the TV’s in the garage*** said that he’s knows it’s not a big deal that they are just TV’s, but could I get my insurance to pay for themI explained to *** that it doesn’t work that wayI said that I can’t pay a claim just because a customer wants me toIn the meantime ***’s girlfriend, who wasn’t even involved in the move, wrote a slanderous review about our company on ***They did not put anything in the house, all items were delivered into the garageHere are the questions I haveWhy did *** take days to call me? TV’s are usually one of the customers most watched items and it seems odd that he wouldn’t have noticed them missing for days*** first said the TV’s were stolen when my driver left them outside of the truck at the storage facilityAfter I told him to look at the video footage he never brought that up againMy driver says he unloaded the TV’s first, as is always the case with TV’sMy driver said that they were never out of his site because it was a garage unloadMy guess, if they really are missing, is that *** left his garage open or unlocked and at some time over the weekend they were stolenOh, and ***’s girlfriend added on the *** review that her jewelry box was stolen tooI have never had customer in all of our moves leave a jewelry box for us to moveAlso, he claims his TV’s were worth $The most expensive 65” TV at Best Buy is only $Something about him just isn’t right***, call around and ask about meCall HBPDCall my neighbors and ask about meEveryone will tell you that I am an honest and responsible personIf my employees make a mistake I’ll pay for it; even if the customer didn’t pay for additional insurance which is the case on this moveSomething just isn’t right here and I will not allow a customer use *** or the Revdex.com to blackmail me into doing the wrong thingThanks, *** ***
