I called for mover over a phone conversationthe customer service guy told me that it will chrge $ dollars only .he neither explained about deposit nor extra charge per heavy items.I was ready with 200$ only the moving guy was rushed to sign the paperi signed it and when they finish uploadling the stuffs the bill came upto altogether 1630$.I was shocked when they charge everything extrait was the worst experience ever in my life.I donot understand why do they need deposit and why they charge HST 20%it is all unnecessaryhe didnot even explained about the terms and conditions.they broke the light of my house while moving and mention nothing about thati want to speak with the manager of this company I want clarification and refund my over charge money
