Movers Van Lines Reviews (%countItem)

The delivery person was rude and threatening to my spouse, unloaded while raining, set our things including a piano in mud, and damaged all our boxes
Movers Van Lines job number MXXXXXXXX delivered at our destination address on March 18, 2020. My spouse, ***, was at the delivery destination. We were told we would get 24 hours notice of delivery but received only 6 hours. The delivery person arrived at around 6:30pm and it was raining. *** asked him to wait a short time before unloading as the rain was going to pass. He became aggressive and intimidating and said he was going to unload now. He insisted on payment which he left no receipt for and then unloaded stacking boxes in the rain, some of which had come open at the beginning, but all were stacked badly and had crushing damage. When she asked him to put certain things in certain rooms, he would ignore her or tower over her. At one point she tried to video what was happening as he was taking pads off furniture in the rain, he threatened her that if she didn't stop videoing he was going to drop everything in the driveway and leave.
She called me and I tried to talk to him but he refused so I contacted our neighbors to come over. They witnessed a lot of this treatment of our things and my spouse and tried to step in. When it got down to the last item, our piano, he set it in the mud. My spouse suggested it come in the front door because of corners instead of side door (my neighbors were even going to help him move it), he said no and was going to turn the piano on it's side. *** said no you can't do that to a piano but he again ignored her and was going to do it anyway. *** was very upset and walked away, so again our neighbor stepped in, she told him *** asked him not to do that and said he didn't have to act like an *** and the guy roughly moved the piano more in the mud and puffed up and got in my neighbors face. The other mover, Jawan, got in between as my neighbor was calling the sheriffs department. When they heard that, they rushed to the truck and took off as fast as they could, leaving the piano for my neighbors and spouse to get in the house. Jawan was the only one of the two willing to give a name.
We have reached out to the company with emails and pictures of damaged things and broken things as we have unpacked. The only response we have gotten was an email saying they were closed due to Coronavirus. However, I did call and Susan the sales lady was still answering the phones. We are considering legal action as this guy blatantly vandalized our things by how he was just throwing the boxes on the dolly any which way, threatened my spouse and my neighbors to the point of the sheriff's department being called. That was who the company sent with our things.
Also, on looking at the video *** did get, it was a different truck than the one our stuff was loaded into. Our stuff was loaded into a mover's van lines truck but arrived in an enterprise rental truck. We were never notified our stuff has to be moved to a different truck.
We can provide pictures and neighbor witness statements. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had and the company will not respond to us. We are still unpacking and finding broken and damaged things. Please help!!!!!

Desired Outcome

We would like a refund of at least half of the 3100 we paid. The guys who picked up were polite and respectful to our things and did proper paperwork and receipt of me paying first half. It was the fact our stuff was moved again to another truck without our knowledge and then the delivery experience. We feel that half our money back at least would mean the company is taking responsibility for their employee and that they still care about the customer. I have never heard my spouse that panicked or upset. Moving is stressful anyway but this experience made it worse. This was beyond just minor moving damage, this was rude and threatening behavior on the part of their employee, blatant vandalism by the treatment of our belongings, and now lack of acknowledgement from the company at all
