We received confirmation of our booking from Movers Help on January 25th at 11:45amIn the confirmation of the booking there is a "Terms and Condition" section states: If any of your belongings or home is damaged, you must report it to the movers before the end of the moveThe movers will create a report of the incident by taking down details and pictures then report it to the officeIf you report any damage after the movers leave, it will not be covered section states: The total invoice that will be presented to you by the end of your move will be due in full and immediatelyDepending on your move, you may be asked to pay in full before offloadingAny compensation that you would be seeking for any damages will not be deducted from the total of your moveDamages will be handled by the office in a timely manner In the Movers Help's "Perfect Move Promise" is states the customer will receive the following: A comprehensive moving plan (if an in-home

The movers broke my bed, overcharged and won't answer calls We hired these movers, and they showed up at the later end of the 8-9am Estimate on when they would be showing upThey did not wrap anything as it went onto the truckMy bedframe got broken and the movers placed it together in such a way that everyone thought the bed was put together, but upon further inspection it was broken (we didn't notice this until they had left)They were incredibly slow unloading the truck and I noticed several times all of them standing around talkingBoxes that were clearly labelled were put in the wrong rooms (and floor) and a big rubbermaid tote that said "FRAGILE" about 10x was tipped overWe did not have time to go over anything before they left as they left very abruptlyI have been trying to contact the head office since Saturday (it is now Tuesday) and my calls and emails are going unanswered and I am now blocked from sending them [redacted] messagesThis company is incredibly unprofess

Movers2Help provided me moving services on 2016-12-I feel I overpaid for very slow serviceI contacted them several times and never got response
Movers2Help provided me moving with services on Friday, 2016-12-This was the second time I used their services and I feel I overpaid for very slow service, using a total of hours and charging me a total of $***
I had used their services in September and was very satisfied then; they had completed that move much more quickly and charged me $***
I feel they overcharged me the second time and I tried contacting them several times, leaving voice-mail messages, to resolve this issue--requesting a reduction on their charge by partial reimbursement--but no one has responded to date
I have two witnesses of the second move and one of them offered to witness in my favor should the situation require it; this witness informed me that the two men on the job were visually very slow and that one of them was constantly on h
