I do highly recommend this company. The movers were professional, courteous and carefully handled all the furniture. They worked quickly and diligently. Move That Stuff was a good decision

Movers were friendly and professional. Nothing broken or scratched. Also, they did not waste time talking to each other instead of working and the move was completed in 5 hours instead of the 6 hours estimated, so the overall cost was less than expected.

Honest, Efficient, Cost Effective and Very Timely. I Highly Recommend "Move That Stuff"

Kevin, thanks for the feedback, and for highlighting those things that we work very hard to provide every customer.

Hopefully we will never have to do this again (move), but if we do we will definitely be giving the guys at Move That Stuff a call. They were fast & professional! And the price was very affordable.

I have been dealing with NAL movers about damage that occurred in them moving us Oct. 2017, 8 months and still not resolved!
We had NAL movers move us Oct. 2017. They damaged 3 oil painting (1 stretched canvas, 1 looks like a baseball bar hit the canvas and crack the paint, broke the frame on the other one) 3 floral arrangement damaged so badly I threw them out, 2 antique kitchen chairs broke the finials, ripped 4 dining room chairs, dented one floor lamp, ripped 3 lamp shades, antique loveseat that was a sleeper ( put a big tear in the fabric) broke a mirror, damaged multiple furniture pieces with scratches. We have tried for 8 months to get this resolved only to get the run around with the owner. First we filled out forms with pics attached, asking the value of each piece, then telling us it would take three months to get a response from their insurance company. After 3 months NAL movers wanted to know the cost of repairs so we revised the forms. Waited and waited with calling only to be told they had our check and would be coming to our home to resolve our complaints after waiting and calling and calling only to be told again the owner himself is coming over to settle our claim, waited some more and still calling to resolve this! Now 8 months later they want to take our furnishings to be fixed or pay us .60 cent per pound for the damages! At this point this company can not be trusted to handle any repairs especially when they can't tell us who's doing the repairs! I want my money for the $2000 damages! I'm furious and done with them giving us the runaround !!!

Desired Outcome

After dealing with this company for 8 months I want the money for damages that occurred by them!!

We acknowledge that there were some damages on the customers move and we regret that this was the case. We have and still do sincerely apologize when damages occur. The owner went to the customers home attempting to view some of the damaged items and the customer said he couldn't find them to show to us and that they had discarded some of the items (which the customer verified in their complaint). The owner tried to work with the customer even though he could not view the damages in person and asked the customer if they could attempt to identify the items after he left the customers home, so that we could have a truck out there later that day to pick up the items to take for repair. When the driver called the customer refused that service. After these attempts the customer made this complaint. The customer has claimed more than the cost of their moving services for damages they were unable to show to the owner (with exception of the paintings where we were shown minor damages). We stated to the customer that the claim amounts were unreasonable given that the vast majority of their items were moved undamaged. We remain committed to repairing items which can be repaired and compensating the customer for items which were covered by our moving services in accordance with our move policies which the customer received and agreed to before their move.

Last pic is our new queen bed box springs!
My husband did show the owner every single piece that was damaged and the owner agreed! Once again this owner isn't telling the truth. This is the first time in 8 months the owner even took the time to come out and look at the damages. Worst moving company I've ever dealt with!

NAL movers are the ones being so dishonest! You know good and well we sent the claim form to you in a timely matter! If you were so concerned about fixing my furnishings then why in the heck did you keep my loveseat and mirror for 8 months, only to return them to me not fixed?! Oh unless you consider hand stitching a 24 inch tear in the front being fixed, so you're pathetic! Then you claimed to send our claim to you insurance company, really! Now fast forward 8 months later you decide you what to pickup the damaged items to be fixed. I do not trust you to even fix one thing, no telling what condition I would receive them back in or maybe you keeping them 8 months longer! You absolutely ruined two beautiful oil painting of ours and you know you did, as for the other claimed items I sent pics of all of it after you finial sent us the claim forms. As for our water leak which happened only 5weeks ago, the moving company only damaged my diningroom table and took it that day to a restoration company our choice to be fixed! Which really has nothing to do with you except you are trying to put doubt on our claim with your moving company!

Our offer will remain open to the customer to inspect all items which were damaged, in person, and to repair any items which are repairable and compensate the customer for any items which are not repairable. At this time if the customer cannot accept that offer within 30 days we will close out this claim, and mail a check to compensate customer for items we were able to view. We'd like to thank the Revdex.com for mediating this claim and the customer for their response, even where we disagree on certain events as they occurred.
