Review: On Sat 5/30/2015 my wife and I attended the 10:30 Pm showing of San Andreas in Theater #1. The tickets cost $13.00 each ($26) They have signs posted how their pricing is less than other theaters in the area and post the adult evening prices to be $10.00 each. The box office although does show 3D Movie prices to be $13.00 each This showing was suppose to be in 3D. They supplied the appropriate 3D glasses which, worked fine for the coming attraction previews but, the featured film was shown in regular view as complained to the Manager by myself and at least twenty others after the movie was over. When questioned about a refund for the difference, the manager went into the #1 theater and returned to all of us in the lobby and said everything was set and shown in 3D. She could not issue refunds and only took our names and phone #'s and said that [redacted] ( I'm guessing the owner) would only issue vouchers to watch the movie again. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.Desired Settlement: Refund for the movie ticket prices $26.00 since we intentionally chose that showing because it was suppose to be shown in 3D. Not interested in seeing the movie again.
