Plymouth Energy has contacted the customer to inform him that the utility will be refunding his account due to a meter read estimation, Plymouth has no control over when and how the utility reads metersThe cusotmer agreed that this resolved his issue

Plymouth Energy contacted the customer regarding her pricing concerns. The Plymouth customer service agent offered a lower fixed rate, the customer declined. The customer requested to drop back to the utility. The account is dropped and will not be charged a termination fee.

Plymouth Rock Energy contacted the customer regarding this case. An amicable agreement was reached with the customer regarding the pricing issue. The customer agreed that this closes the case.
