She might want to check with her husband because the men said [redacted] appeared to be a normally functioning adultThe refrigerator doors that [redacted] speaks of as having some damage were taken off the refrigerator by her husband [redacted] and not any Moving Connections employee

I am furious! The first time we moved with them they busted up my TVIt took me threatening to protest their company at their offices to get a solutionthey busted the buttons and scratched the *** out of the screenAfter months of arguing they fixed the issue and I was relievedThe head guy reached out to me and made it rightI felt better and was willing to give them another try
We moved this last MayOne of the movers busted the top of my stairs on my hardwood floorMy wife has been calling them for monthsWell I called Monday and spoke to Brad (this is going on months now)He stated he knew nothing about it and the part may be in the warehouseHe went on to say that often times they get parts in the warehouse and they get lost and don't know what the parts are for
Well he promised a call last TuesdayNo goHere it is a week later with no call and months with a crappy looking set of stairs in my new homeBoth times they busted my stuffBoth times I've had

Regarding Case #: ***,We sent a Handyman to the customer's residence and satisfied his complaint over a year agoWe did not realize the complaint was still listed as unresolved with the Revdex.com.thanks,Matt D***

I hired Moving Connections with the mistaken belief it was the same company we used last yearI was quoted 145/hr which was the same but when I found their website a few days ago it says they charge 90/hrIt took the movers longer to get to Duchesne and twice as long to load and unloadWhen they had unloaded everything the younger of the two handed my husband a clipboard and said this shows we reached our destination, and he said he would call us when they got back to salt lake to let us know how much the bill wasIf we hadn't been so stressed, sweaty and exhausted my husband never would have fallen for the trick of getting him to sign the paperThe next morning when my husband started to put the doors back on our large side by side refrigerator he saw significant damage to the upper left corner of the freezer door and we still haven't been able to determine whether the built in ice maker still worksThere was minor damage to the bottom right of the refrigerator door and somethin

I was very impressed with the Moving Connections and the entire experience that went along with it.I highly recommend them for your business and or your residential move.I am a satisfied customer

We went with Moving Connections after reading some good reviews, and weren't disappointedI was a bit wary as they gave us the cheapest quote, but from start to finish they were so professional, helpful and friendlyThe office manager answered all of my annoying questions in a friendly manner and always got back to me quicklyOn our moving day there was no waiting and the two guys arrived on time and got straight to work - they were efficient and friendly and moved us in the 4hrs time frame we were quoted
I'd highly recommend Moving Connections - great price, friendly and efficient staff

In March 2018, my wife and I chose Moving Connections to move our square foot homeThe quote was given men - ft truck hours, for $hrIt took hours to move with two men and - ft truckIt should have been men - ft truck to meet the hours
Some of our furniture was damaged, I contacted Vic that gave me the quote and Vic referred me to MattIt took sometime to get in touch with Matt to talk about the furniture that was damaged
Our T.Ventertainment unit months old, that has not been moved until we moved into our new home, was heavily scratched, same as our fireplace mantel was heavily scratchedMy wifes cedar chest that was given to her year ago, was damaged along with our Kitchen table, fridge and the front door jam into our new home with other mics items
I have talked with Matt and our last conversation, Matt told me to submit the pictures to [email protected] , well that was weeks ago and still no call form

signed by the husband [redacted]. The 1st signature, next to the hand written x on the moving contract, was made when the men started the job in Duchesne and his 2nd and 3rd signatures were made when the job was completed at the destination in Vernal. ( By way of clarification the 2nd signature is the 2nd time [redacted] signed our paperwork and the the 3rd signature is the 3rd time he signed the paperwork. )Please note that right above the 2nd signature on the moving contract, made after the job was finished in Vernal, says in bold type, “By signing below customer agrees to Hours, Services and Materials as indicated above and has read and agrees to “Terms and Conditions” listed on reverse side of this document. Customer agrees that the goods moved/shipped and or packed have been received in good order except as noted in exceptions box above.”Please note that there was nothing written in the “exceptions box above.”Please note that even if damage had been noted in the exception box there would still be no money owing because a moving contract has to be paid for a customer to make an “insurance” claim by way of that contract just as an insurance policy must be paid for a claim to be made. By the customer’s own submission they stopped payment so this contact was never paid! The [redacted] family still owes us $1276.25.By way of some commentary:1. We haven’t sued the [redacted]s because we have assumed that they are judgment proof. 2. When we spoke with [redacted] and said that we would try to work with her even though she signed a written contract she said we took advantage of her husband, so her argument is that her husband was not mentally competent to sign our paperwork! She might want to check with her husband because the men said [redacted] appeared to be a normally functioning adult. 3. The refrigerator doors that [redacted] speaks of as having some damage were taken off the refrigerator by her husband [redacted] and not any Moving Connections employee.
