I decided on utilizing this company for my recent move based upon previous customer reviews. To say I was disappointed would be a gross understatement. Not only did the movers not show up when scheduled, they didn't show up for 4 other scheduled times. When they did finally show up, they broke items during the move process. When I called and spoke with the owner, he stated he was on vacation during this time, and he had one of his trusted employees handling the business. The owner was apologetic for the failure of his crew to show up when scheduled, but did not accept responsibility for damages. He stated his movers shouldn't have been moving those items. He added that those particular items were excluded from their contract, which I also never received. I will not recommend this company, nor will I use their services in the future.

The owner / manager ([redacted]) of this company is incompetent and unreliable. I called this moving company because my parents had used them for their local move. They had some issues with [redacted] on mixing up the day of their move but since the crew and hourly rate was GREAT, we decided to give them another chance for OUR move. I called [redacted] 2 MONTHS prior to our move and spoke to him about 30 minutes on the phone. He confirmed my move on Friday June 27th and the requested crew. I then called him again 1 WEEK prior the move date to change from 2 trucks to 1 truck. He was out of office but said he would return my phone call when he returned from lunch. About 4 hours later, I CALLED HIM back to confirm my move. To his surprise he was unable to verify or locate our move in his books / computer. He said it was "no problem on scheduling my move for that coming Friday" (although we had already scheduled 2 months ago), same situation my parents had. He said they ALWAYS call 24 hours prior to the day of the move, so I get a call on Thursday morning (the day before my move) and he is confirming the time the truck arrives and then I reminded him of the crew I requested. Well 1.5 hours later, the moving truck pulls up to the front of our home!! I couldn't believe it! I assumed he was doing his 24 hour call ahead and not calling about the SAME DAY . I have spoke to him 3 times about our move on Friday June 27 and they show up on THE WRONG DAY! We turned them away and I called [redacted] immediately. He says that I had confirmed it in the morning phone call. NO! I assumed that was your 24 hour phone call! Well then on our actual day of the move, one of their crew members calls in sick which makes our movers late....which puts me in a panic that we are screwed. They ended up showing up 1 hour later than expected. The crew was GREAT and are not to blame for the INCOMPETENCE of [redacted] the owner. Lastly [redacted] says "We do 8-9 moves a day, and we NEVER have this problem and it is almost comical" Well that is incorrect [redacted], you had this exact similar situation of not scheduling correctly with my parents move. I am stunned that you are able to run a business like this.

I had a company office that was closing and need to get all 7 offices of furniture, kitchenette, conference room and reception area moved to Albuquerque, NM.
I contacted Moving Day on a little more than a weeks notice. Better than competitive prices.
Move was done professionally and on time. John was a pleasure to work with even though he was working as we worked out the details her always responded in a timely manner when he wasn't able to answer direct phone calls.
Very happy with services provides, customer service and results.
