I am rejecting this response because: I booked through Same Day Movers*** *** told me himself that Same Day Movers was a moving BROKER, which was never revealed to me before the move!! He said *** doesn't even own a moving truck. Same Day Movers books a LOT of business for Moving Experts LLC!!! How can you flood my old home, ruin my refrigerator, and have absolutely no liability whatsoever??!! I was told the movers were insured and bonded!!! I also was not provided a copy of the contract that I signed the morning of the move. I thought it was what ***, from Same Day Movers, and I had verbally agreed to over the telephone. All *** told me was that they would take great care with my belongings and that special wrap would be put on all the doors so there were no scratches. I have a great big scratch on my BRAND NEW front door at my new house and I provided pictures of the damages right away to ***. *** told me repeatedly that he would come out to my house to look at my damaged refrigerator and then never showed upI also checked with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and Moving Experts LLC doesn't even have a motor carrier license to transport household goods in the State of Oklahoma!! It had expired back in 2015!! So they are operating illegally. I have been scammed - and I still can't believe Moving Experts LLC can have an "A Rating" with the Revdex.com and not even have a license to operate in the state!!!!!!!! People need to be warned!!!!!!
