WE DO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENICE WITH THE DRIVER PUTTING THE STORAGE UNDER HIS NAME AND LEAVING THE KEY THEIR HE IS NO LONGER OUR DRIVER AS FAR AS YOUR BELONGINGS SOMEONE IN OUR OFFICE STAFF STATED THEY PROVIDED YOU WITH THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT FOR ANY DAMAGES AS FAR AS MISSING ITEMS THE DRIVER IS CALIMING THEIR WAS NOTHING MISSING IT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND AS SOON AS WE FIND ANYTHING LIKE WHAT YOU HAVE DISCRIBE WE WILL BE GLADLY TO SEND IT TO YOUR ADDRESS

We did speak with this customer on multiple occasions regarding his missing items hence how he received the information on [redacted] If we get any customers furniture back from delivery or find in in storage space then the items are returnedWe always urge our customers to start the claim process regardless in the meantime, that way if we don't have it than the process is already rollingOnce his claim is received it can take between 30-days to be processed.He will then be sent a settlement to signAs far as his overall move balance goes he was given multiple discounts due to his complaints in which he took and paidHis balance was $and it went down to $and now after months of being delivered he is asking for further compensation.He is going to get compensated for his missing items once his claim is entered and processed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Like reccomended I filed a claim through [redacted] who denied itWhen te furniture was delivered the movers refused to give me anything till I signed for itOnce everything was delivered they circled on my bill of landing what was left at the warehouse according to themWhen I filled my claim I explained this and [redacted] said that since there were no notes they wouldn't accept itHowever I thought my claim was to explainAn arbitrator is going to cost me more money on top of everything else and is not possible at this time Regards, [redacted]

WE HAVE EXPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES THE BUSINESS DAYS POLICY FROM THE REQUEST DELIVERY DATE WE HAVE ALREADY DELIVERED HER HOUSE HOLD GOODS

ON AUGUST 31ST WE WENT TO [redacted] RESIDENCE AND SHE SENT THE DRIVER AWAY DUE TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES FROM THE ESTIMATE WE EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THEIR WERE MORE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND PACKING WAS AT AN ADDITIONAL PRICE SHE WAS NOT WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE THE DRIVER THEN GAVE HER SO WE LEFTAFTER [redacted] SPEAKING TO A MANAGER WE THEN TOLD HER THE ADDITIONAL PRICING AND SHE AGREED SO WE RETURNED TO [redacted] RESIDENCE [redacted] PAID EXPRESS DELIVERY HER HOUSEHOLD GOODS WENT STRAIGHT FROM PICK TO DELIVERY THE DRIVER DID TAKE A BIT DUE TO TRUCK ISSUES BUT WE HAVE DELIVERD THIS JOB IN A KINDLY MANNER [redacted] HAD SOME MISSING ITEMS WE WILL BE SENDING THEM VIA [redacted] THIS WEEK THE NEST WE CAN DO IS GIVE [redacted] $DISCOUNT FOR THE EXPRESS DELIVERY DELAY

I did not receive any damage forms from this company I do want my stuff asap

I did not like the way I was treatedYou can give a person multiple discounts when you overcharge me $the balance was when they left Richmond according to your driverThree day before delivery its $I had to call them and I was shocked! I have two pieces of furniture that belong to someone elseIts cheaper to send me $then it would to bring me my furniture Tell him to give a call, that won't happen? Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The office manager was not professional, when she told me it was nj big deal that two of my items were missing She was unwilling to assist me in finding my missing items Yes one of my items were found the day if delivery & the other I was told to wait & see if it was in the truck after all delieviers are done I needed to call everyday for an update on my itemsOnly to be told two days later that both missing items are still in NJ & will be sent via [redacted] No date of arrival has been given & unless I call to follow up, I will not recieve one Regards, [redacted]
