So far I am impressed with the service of Moving ForwardThe sales rep/coordinator *** has been good about corresponding with me and answering my questions and concernsLast night, two movers, *** and ***, arrived to pick up my things as I am moving from Tennessee to PennsylvaniaAlthough they were delayed quite a bit due to a bad snowstorm, I was pleased with *** regular updates about travel and estimated arrival timeI was also encouraged by their positive, catitude and willingness to listen to my concernsI had a horrible experience years ago with another moving company when I moved long distance amd they lost a lot of my things and damaged most of the othersSo understandably, I've been very nervous about going through this process againBut *** amd *** were very understanding and reassuring and took extra care to protect my belongingsThey loaded and packed the truck carefully and strategicallyI wish that these guys were going to be the ones to stay with my stuff and deliver it in Philadelphia! They are professional and I trust would get the job done right! At this point I'm giving them a neutral rating on the scale that asks if you'd recommend them to others since I have only gone through part of the experience with them and have yet to receive my thingsBut so far it's been a positive experience and I will submit another review once delivery occurs

To top off my HORRIBLE moving experience which started with being conned and forced to sign documents which I never should have done, but this company will force you to sign documents before starting any moving process or delivery just to cover themselves This TRAUMATIC experience (which I have nightmares and constant thoughts and regrets about) resulted in a late delivery, damage to my furniture, and several lost "wardrobe" boxes the company presented with a $claim settlement Really!!!?
DO NOT USE MOVING FORWARD OR VANLINES ASSOCIATED WITH MOVING FORWARD!

Had to move long distance dur to emergency reason these guys were there forme since day one moved me and delovered just in time for school. Great guys

I would like to send a compliment for the two men that worked so hard at my friend's [redacted] house. [redacted] and [redacted] did an excellent job of moving all her things. Thank you so much. She is very impressed with their work.

This company is the worst I have ever worked with. They refused an inspection before the move date, gave us one quote for our belongings, then tripled it. Charged us well over the price for the services provided, broke much of our belongings and refused to replace them, and didn't even pack or load over a third of my home. They charged an extra $1000 when they attempted to deliver while I was at work, didn't contact the person who was supposed to accept delivery, and tried claiming they had no contact information for her when it was clearly on all of the paperwork, then refused to open the truck until we signed that we had recieved everything in good condition and paid the overcharge. I do not recommend this company to even the most desperate person and have filed a claim with their legal over the overcharges and damages, as well as with Revdex.com.

I had to move the my things from GA to FL and the movers [[redacted]] were very helpful and getting it done on time.

One star is too many for this company and the experience they put me through and for what I am dealing with now six months after my move. I still don't have a lot of clothes due to them losing my wardrobe box. I still have nightmares about the entire experience as well. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I would not refer Moving Forward to anyone, not even my enemies. Its not fair the way these people treat the customers. It's absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. They even went as far as to have a "fake" lawyer contact me. All they had to do was deliver my items but they could not even complete that task. They were late, and every time I inquired about my shipping date, I was informed that my items were being loaded from the warehouse which after calculating the messages, seemed to be about three different load and unload locations.... Then they "can't find" my things. I still do not believe they even looked and the cold and emotionless apologies got old really quick.
This company is money hungry and want to get as many peoples items onto a truck as they can so there will be a lot of damages and lost items. Sucks!

Woman came to door today in Kensington, MD. Very pushy. Seemed like a scam.

Worst moving company ever - avoid at all costs! I would give them 0 stars if I could. [redacted] responded first to a request for quotes I submitted online and promised the lowest price out of any company I spoke to. However, the morning of the move, only two men showed up (late) instead of the three he promised and the truck was not nearly big enough, despite going over in detail with him what I needed. We re-negotiated a slightly higher flat rate for the full day so they could make two trips instead of one from Pompano to Fort Lauderdale. When we arrived at the destination, the movers then claimed they were not aware there were stairs even though I had disclosed that to [redacted] and insisted they would need to charge more. When we arrived at the destination after the second trip, the movers refused to remove my belongings from the truck and said they needed to be paid more because of how long it was taking, despite the flat rate we had negotiated. After many calls to [redacted], who was insulting and claimed there was nothing he or his boss could do, my items were finally unloaded around 9 p.m. that night, however nearly every piece of furniture I own was significantly damaged in the process.
