This complaint was resolved by *** who also decided that the customer's complaint was invalid and inaccurateIt appears that this customer is now abusing online complaint systems Customer placed an order for moving labor service weeks in advanceThe day prior to moving day as well as
moving day, both our company and the local team assigned to perform the job attempted to contact her repeatedlyCustomer did not answer or respond to calls - and she failed to cancel her order hours prior to service in order to not lose her deposit She contacted us days later (why not the day of services) to report noone called or showedShe then adamantly insisted we refund her depositThe issue went to *** resolutionNeedless to say, it wasn't found in the customers favor. Our cancellation is clearly stated on our website, and our confirmation emails to all of our customers. We will not refund her the deposit because whenever a customer makes a reservation, no other customer can book the team for the day & time reservedShe reserved the time block and made an untimely request for cancellation

Regards, *** ***Absolute lies!!! Shame Shame Shame on you Moving Center. I waited for hours for the men to show up and no one did. I never cancelled the service!!! No one showed up. You cannot just make up a total lie like that. We had a scheduled time and no one came or even tried to continue reaching me. The driver said his speaker phone wasn't working - so what???? He can't dial off the regular phone or can't ***??????? No excuse in my book. Poor, poo customer service. Once again, shame on you for treating a cancer patient like this
