I received the complaint and would like to explain our side [redacted] called me after business hours on 8/21/looking for immediate packing and moving services due to her circumstances...she was being evicted by her landlord and was given hours to get her belongings outI put a crew together with less than hours notice for her because of the situationOn 8/21, I notified [redacted] of our company policy with customers being evicted (payment must be made in full after each day of labor) On 8/22, right after my crew of three men arrived, my foreman called me and said he would need a second day due to the amount of items that needed to be packed and movedAfter several conversations with the landlord he granted my team a second day [redacted] paid only a little more than half of the bill at the end of 8/She told me that her son would be paying the remainder by credit card, which he did but not until 10am the next dayOn 8/23, I sent a crew of five men per the landlord's requestThis crew needed seven hours to complete the jobThis time [redacted] paid less than half of the bill for day 2...not what we agreed uponHer son called again later that day to "bail" her out.She was fully aware of the charges and payment methods and signed of on our job sheet of all times recordedThank you John ***, Owner Moving Made EZ
