I frequent this restaurant times a week, I am very familiar with their practicesI purchased beverages @2.99$ each and after validating my receipt I noticed I was charged a gratuity fee
I than spoke with my waitress and pointed to the bottom of the receipt where it says NO GRATUITY ADDEDI said, "I think a mistake was made on my bill,I have never paid gratuity fee before here!" She directed me to the manager who attempted to direct me to the owner who disappeared swiftly in efforts to avoid meI spoke to the manager again about the bill and pointed out to him again my reciept which had a gratituy fee added, and also the bottom of reciept that states no gratuity added to reciept, he was unfriendly and un willing to help me
