Moving pro pricing structure was clear and comparativeI was not ransomed at pick up or drop offMy shipment was expected to be in storage for months before dispatch, I have received every single item in perfect conditionPeople at pick up and drop off were good and helpful
Charlie from sales team got involved with query resolution at later stage if needed
Only issue I had was with confirming exact date when dispatch will occur.Beside this I like doing business with moving pro

When we started the process of locating a "Cross Country" mover from Los Angeles, California to Dallas, TX, I was Leary! This wasn't our 1st out of state move Our prior experience moving into California from Georgia was a "NIGHTMARE" I called several companies (to be exact), three of the five came to review what was being moved I explained I had a storage full x and needed the cost of my items in storage included and wanted them to see what was there I was told by the "Moving Pro" competitors, they could add cost based on the size of the storage unit NOT Vicki and *** the owners of "MOVING PRO'S"
Vicki and *** insisted we go to the storage unit so they could give me an honest fair assessment and cost They answered every question, detailed breakdown of how they planned to organize the move prior to loading This was all prior to my agreeing to use "Moving Pro's" Before I agreed on the contract, Vickie volunteered to send someone to help me pack Not only does she know the moving business, she recognized I was overwhelmed, in pain (Sciatica) and offered to come help me pack WHAT COMPASSION!!!!!
I was so appreciative and impressed that she noticed and took it on herself to ease my moving concerns I have never had a company put the client first as did "Moving Pro's"! Ok, I can go on and on! The organization skills of the packing team, AMAZING!!!! The team packed and labeled all boxes, which made it easy upon arrival *** (the owner) was onsite from beginning to end of our move The last smiling face after the load in Los Angeles and the same smiling face upon arrival in Texas!
Everything Vicki and *** of "Moving Pro's" promised......WAS FULLFILLED!!!!!

As I found out about my job changes, they accommodated my new request and informed me about an option to store my stuff in a storage unit in LA since I didn't have a place in SF yetThey have a storage facility that they're contracted and were able to put my stuff in there while I was abroad (at a monthly price depending on the needs)I cannot stress enough how this option has made my life so much easierThis also allowed me to keep Moving Pros as an end-to-end moving company which made me very happy
I also paid to have my stuff packed by *** and his teamThe care they provided was unlike anything I've seenYou'd think they were packing their own belongings! His team was also very polite and professional which I truly appreciated
When it was finally time for my belongings to move to SF, the process was smooth and easyI coordinated with Vicki about two weeks prior and got the date I wantedThey are very flexible with this so you can always discuss with themI chose two weeks because that worked better for my schedule
