Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] When my wife was speaking to one of the businesses representatives she told him it would be way more than boxes in the quote and the representative ignored her and put boxes anyway In my opinion this was done to get a low estimate so we’d pick this company and then come moving day the quote goes out the window and they can charge what they want I believe state law in New Jersey for movers is they can’t charge over %of the original quoteOur original quote was for 2197.65, %of that would only be around so I’m not sure how they charged over $for the total cost of the moveI also don’t know how a professional moving company doesn’t do an on site walkthrough before the move to get a better estimate In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Your recived a "Binding Estimate" Binding meaning the price per a cubic foot would remain the same if you took up more or less spaceIts an estimate, a binding estimateAN estimate is not a fixed priceWhat would you like as far a s resolution

Customer inventory went up a lot which is why the price went upCustomer is more then welcome to call in to see if there is any additional discount we can offer

We are waiting on customer to send in quotes from other competitors so we can offer her a better price then them

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My boxes have not been located I have filed an insurance claim but still have not received a response It is ludicrous to claim that "i signed that all the inventory was received" thus nothing stolen To not even acknowledge that there were multiple boxes and items that we signed for and is not practical to account for every item, not matter how big or small is absurd This just shows the company does not care about their clients and once a job is done they don't care at all about their clients In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We have already reached out to the customer in order to resolve this complaints

Customer inventory doubled and so did there space they tookWe gave them several discountsplease file an insurance claim

Customer had double the items then on her orginal inventoryWe gave her dollars off alreadyI will se what more we can do

We do not steal from anyone for any reasonCustomer signed that they received all of the items in teh inventory listCustomer is more then welcome to file an insurance claim if he believes and item is lost or missing even if customer has signed that they received everything

This is fair and we will reimburse

This customer ended up double the inventory then he originally agreed upon in the estimate.this was the cause of his priced increase
