Moving Rite

Hands down the worst moving experience that I have ever had! I have moved 11 times and this was by far the worst in terms of the lack of professionalism and outright incompetence. My packing crew consisted of Jon, Joe, Danny, CT, Doc, Jerry, and Sean. The following is a list of the things that the crew did poorly:
1) The foreman left the site before the job was done and left the remaining packing to one of his crew.
2) The crew waited so long to call in another truck once they realized the first one would not fit everything that it was too late for the second truck to arrive and finish the job on one day.
3) The crew didn't plan ahead enough to have light to pack the truck after dark (I had to unpack a light so they could see in the truck after dark)
4) The crew didn't bring the right shelving adapters for their trailer. This meant that they could only use the floor of the trailer for unboxed items instead of creating a shelf for additional space. This forced the crew to leave their loading ramps and the remainder of my shipment at the pack out location until the next morning when they could return with another truck.
5) At last count I had at least six items arrive at the intermediate warehouse without tags. I have never had items arrive without an inventory control tags in any previous move.
6) I now have to file the most missing/damage item claims I have ever needed to. The items that arrived without a tag were from my tool shed that was the last area packed (after dark). This is the same area that my missing items were located. It appears that as I was trying to find additional light for the crew to pack by, they just started cramming items into the trailer without an inventory tag.
I would strongly recommend AGAINST using Moving Rite LLC.
