Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This matter is in no way resolved They don't show me as a customer because my ex-husband had his sister put the agreement in her name However, the contract clearly has my address as the pick up location I have documentation of the agreement that they put in writing that day that the repairs would be made Additionally, I have an email from Jesse stating they would make the repairs I can also send pictures of the movers trying to stand the mailbox back up after they hit it with the back end of their truck as they were pulling away Last, I have a quote for the repairs totaling $in order to repair the damage My response will not go through your system with attachments so I can send the documentation referenced above through another method, if necessary This continues to be a major safety hazard in front of my house Regards, [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
