These guys were wonderful! Moved to new home in April and retained Moving Team six Destroyed our king size headboard and damaged our paver driveway I took them at their word they would reimburse and paid Thor $600+ bill They have not reimbursed and refuse to return our phone calls Expensive headboard to replace as it was nearly 2k Totally misrepresented their intentions I have never complained formally in my life as it's not my style but this is egregious; from accompany with a five star Revdex.com rating We live in Nebraska and own a second home in Fountain Hills so likely they thought I would forget about it

This was the most professional,fast, courteous,and efficient move I've ever had. ** and [redacted] did a fantastic job, extremely careful with belongings as well as careful to not put any dings in our brand new home. The charges are very reasonable.

Review: We contracted with Moving Team Six while moving from our home in [redacted] in May of this year. The shipment arrived much later than agreed upon, but that was not the problem. For the most part, the boxes arrived damaged, crushed, and filthy. Included in this shipment was a securely wrapped queen size box spring and mattress. These were almost new and in pristine condition. However, they arrived unwrapped with holes in the box spring, and stains all over the mattress!! Efforts to clean the mattress could not clean it. Several items were broken and there are items still missing-to this day, including a 6' ladder, towels, pillows, and 2 vases from [redacted]. I spoke on the phone with Moving Team Six, as well as several emails with no response-no apology-no attempt to compensate us for the damaged or missing items.

Unfortunately, we had paid by credit card and our credit card company just informed us that, as our shipment was delivered, they could not help us. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

We feel strongly that consumers should be aware of a company who treats the customer with such a cavalier attitude. Perhaps because we are elderly, they feel they can take advantage.Desired Settlement: We hope that this company will make good on their printed statement (on the contract we signed when they picked up our items) that they will "be glad to reimburse you for the item damaged". We reported the damage and missing items immediately-to no avail. The silence from them is almost deafening!!

Moving Team Six, completed the move for the customer. Items were moved from [redacted]. Items were not packed properly by customer and they are complaining that the items did not make it safely and we are willing to let them make a claim with our insurance and collect on the basic insurance policy we carry of .60 cents per pound which is a moving industry norm. We spoke with client when all items were delivered and they made the statements that some of the items were broken and missing. All items were found and customer signed the bill of lading stating all of her items were delivered. We have been in contact with the customer and willing to offer our insurance and they are wanting more than what our insurance will cover. They are wanting a check written out to what they think the items are worth to them than what our insurance carries based on the weight of the items. We are wanting to work with customer on handling the complaint as long as they agree to use our insurance and make a claim with them instead of a amount of their own liking. We will do what we can to work with the customer. Customer complained the items were late on delivery and they were delivered within the right time frame and when delivery was attempted they forgot to mention there location was in a difficult location for transportation to make it to the location and needed shuttle service to move the items to the rural location.

We are willing to come to a reasonable settlement with the customer. The complaint seems it will continue even if we offer our insurance to them to take care of there issues. We will agree to a $400.00 settlement as long as they are willing to drop the complaint as resolved and satisfactory. We carry laibility insurance for a reason, but there is no response as to if they are willing to accept. We offer this settlement to come to a agreement for broken items that were packed by the customer. We placed a TV in box for the customer and they provided the boxes and all the materials and styrofoam. We did not pack anything in any boxes besides that item. We do not know if the boxes were even packed properly to judge if the customer should be responsible for there broken items. Due to a agent that preformed our delivery, the conditions of the items are unknown to us. The mattress was wrapped and bagged when it left from [redacted] We did preform every action necessary to make sure all the furniture and other items would get there safely. If the customer would like to contact the agent who preformed the transport and delivery they are S[redacted]. If you are willing to accept the offer of $400.00 we will move forward and make the reimbursement through a check sent to the provided address. We are in a tough position because we feel we are offering something to make the customer happy, but don't know if she will agree to not complain again on the same issue or another issue that we don't know about. We are willing to take responsibility of the agent who made the transport and delivery. We will contact customer through email and make the agreement listed above. They have stated we must clean there mattress, it is not our responsibility nor liability for a mattress with dirt on it. She has been persistent on this issue and main focus. We are compliant and willing to work with customer.

Moving Team Six was outstanding. They took great care in everything they handled, worked extremely hard and charged a very fair price. Overall, just a great experience. I will definitely use them again!

They moved my belongings within the past week and did an excellent job - nothing was broken and, very importantly, nothing was missing. They packed my home, moved everything, placed my furniture where I wanted it to be, and re-assembled my furniture all within 12 hours. They gave me an estimate of 'not to exceed...' and the final bill came in under the maximum quote. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. The only thing I wish they had done differently would have been to pack my house up the day before, as planned. Thank you Team Six for taking good care of me!

Moving Team Six handled our move very professionally from start to finish. Garrett and JT came out and gave us an estimate on our local “across town” move. After talking to two other highly recommended companies we decided to go with them…one reason that helped with our decision was the free boxes they offered. The other companies wanted to charge for them!

JT and his crew showed up bright and early as promised (7am) and helped finish packing the few remaining items that we didn’t get taken care of prior to their arrival. From there it was a blur. The guys hustled all day to load and unload everything. By 5:30pm we were done and all the big stuff was in its place...everything handled with care and nothing broken.

If anyone ever asks for a recommendation on a mover, Moving Team Six is definitely the company I’d refer them to. Great job guys!

Moving Team Six did a very professional and efficient job in moving my belongings from one 3-bedroom home to another in Phoenix. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I used Moving Team Six to relocate approximately 100 miles away. We compared their pricing with other companies and found them extremely reasonable. They offered free packing boxes and they didn't charge for stairs. They were on time, very professional, and did everything over and above our expectations.

I would highly recommend Moving Team Six. Very reasonable, always was on the move, took very good care of my belongings. I had them just move the large items - beds, entertainment centers, stove, freezer etc. The first time, the movers were the actual owners - ** and [redacted]. They were very polite, moved very quickly and very professional. A few days later, I had them come back to move the balance. Different guys - just as professional and polite. I was so impressed I gave my Realtor their name and business cards.

I had to unload a trailer full of furniture. Moving Team Six did a fantastic job for me. I used two men and a truck to load it originally, which was not such a great experience. Moving Team Six was far more professional, they actually hustled and did not need instruction the entire time. And, they were extremely careful with how they handled our personal effects. Lastly, they were much more affordable than their competition - making them a tremendous value. I not only would highly recommend them, I am planning on using them again in the near future.

Moving Team Six was awesome! On time, efficient, and respectful of our home. Everything placed as we asked and with no damage. I highly recommend them.

We are in contact with customer about the issues they are complaining about. We contacted customer several times to set up times to come by and take care of the items that were broken and the scheduling did not work out for there schedule and personal issues that were going on that would not allow us to take care of the issues immediately. We are willing and wanting to ensure good standing with customer. Contact has been made and we are more than willing to fix the problems, the original issues from the time of completion were discussed with our owner and agreed upon with customer, but now further issues are now being brought up as a month or two has passed form the time of the original move and what was originally discussed and agreed upon with the our owner. We will fix the items originally agreed upon. We have also tried reaching the customer to pick up left behind tools and materials and there have been no answers as to this issue. Due to scheduling of the customer and our company and missed calls from both sides has caused this complaint. We have been in touch with customer this week and wanting to work with them ASAP.

My experience with Moving Team Six was the best I have had with any kind of moving service. They weren't just guys looking to make a quick dollar by moving my stuff carelessly. They actually took great pride in moving my personal belongings with care and in a timely fashion. I normally don't leave reviews like this on websites but felt the need to publicly praise a company who actually cares about customers before, during and after the move. Thank you again for making our moving process as stress free as possible.

Moving Team Six is the BEST. We have used them for multiple moves, including an office move from 5,000 sq.ft. to 21,000 sq.ft. The team was experienced, fast, focused and extremely effective in meeting our optimal timeline. Beyond the actual move, this is a great TEAM of guys who are respectful, kind, warm and compassionate. As we all know, moving is a stressful ordeal. For us, they took 90% of the stress away as all we had to do was unpack! Would recommend them to any business, family or individual who is looking for a reliable moving company.
