I still consider moving to be one of the worst experiences of my life I spent a lot of time searching for the right mover for me and finally found Moving UsaThe only thing that made it a little easier, though, was I knew that I could rely on Moving UsaI was so paranoid that I kept calling just to make sure they had the appointment confirmed and I even kept pestering the movers about making sure not to break anythingThe office helped and the movers were very understanding and patientI found a very dependable company that followed through with all their promises with graceTheir staff was unbelievably friendly, courteous and professionalThey made sure all of our belongings were packaged right, ensuring that our things arrived damage freeThere was absolutely no hassle and I found the whole process very simpleIf you're looking for a mover, I highly recommend Moving Usa!

Worst moving company everI was active duty Army for many years and had movers several timesMoving USA is the biggest bunch of liars and thieves everFirst, when getting the estimate my wife went room by room explaining what needed to be movedThey gave us a quote that we likedWhen moving day came we got a call that they were going to be lateThey ended up being days lateThey originally said it would take days to pack and load the truckWrongdaysIf there hadn't been an delay with the bank for the buyers of our house we would have had to pay rent because we were already supposed to be moved outAfter everything was packed we get the bill and it is MORE THAN DOUBLE than the first estimateThe guy told us on the first day that we had more stuff than estimated and the bill might be a little moreI think this is a very common scam they run based on other reviewsAnd then the guy has the nerve to state "well, if you didn't want to pay extra you should have told us to stop." Yes, because that is exactly what I can do when I have to be out of the house the next daySo delivery day comes (several days later than the promised day) and we start unpackingSo many things broken and damagedThey obviously didn't care about our stuffWhen we filed our claim they only pay per pound of the item brokenThere is a "full value" protection plan on the contract but our mover said they never offer this option and it wasn't availableMost likely because they know they break lots of thingsThe worst was that they broke a leg off my wife's piano that was her grandmother'sThey of course didn't cover the piano because during the claim process we find out that they don't cover "musical instruments." We were NOT informed of this prior to signing the contract otherwise we would not have gone with them in the first place because this was a major concern for my wife and she informed them that we had a piano during the initial quoteThey should have told her then about their shady policy but this company is a bunch of thievesThey also stole a 600lb hand truck that they used to help unload the boxesIn total we have a couple thousand dollars in damaged, lost, or stolen propertyThey offered $for our claim When calling them, the voice on the other line is frequently rude and will sometimes hang up on youHorrible, horrible companyRead the reviews, don't make the same mistake as usAvoid these scammers at all costs

These guys are the bestGreat service, great pricing, and great peopleAll my friends have used Moving USA my mom used them, and I've used them, and we've all had nothing but good things to sayAlways efficient, friendly, and, most importantly, cheap

I was recently contacting by many moving companies and went with moving USA which was the best decision I could have ever madeThis was a very stressful experience for me Which they made it very easy These days there is nothing more appricated than good customer serviceEven after reading all the negative reviews about this company I was a little scared But stand by the decision I made This is A five star company and would like to thank the whole family of moving USA for helping me with my relocation needs I would never move with any other company They will be highly recommended thank you

I've dealt with bad moving companies in the past: show up late, broken items, etcThese guys did not do one thing wrong and got me moved into my new place ahead of scheduleThey were very organizedThey gave me a free in home estimate of what it is going to cost me to move I for one am big on fixed cost movers and not hourly ratesMoving Usa were able to accommodate my request and even provided little extras free of charge like boxes to hang my clothesThe movers were courteous and the job was very satisfactoryThese guys treated my belongings as though they were theirs and there was not a single dent to be foundAll in all, I was completely impressed with every aspect of the service provided by Moving Usa and would heartily recommend them to anyone contemplating a move

I moved between states last July/August and used the "services" of Moving USAI was initially given an estimate of $over the phone, which I acceptedAs I had to report for work before the movers could commit to a time, I had a very trusted associate oversee the loading of my belongingsThe movers, who I spoke with over the phone, barely spoke English and poorly communicated that I had more items than the phone estimate had included, which was true but not completely accurate; my furniture was exact, and I had a few more boxes than I'd initially estimated two weeks beforeAs I'd used movers in the past and never had to give an exact box count, this did not strike me as an issue at the timeThis should have been my first indication to not use this company; they did not arrange an in-person estimateThe mover indicated that there would be a small increase, which my representative agreed to, and this is where the major breakdown beganThere was no new financial number before the loading of my belongings.The movers moved everything onto the truck before giving a total, which, according to law, is illegal; they fought me on this later, and, since they had my belongings in their possession, I had to accept and move onThe new total was over $3000, which was an enormous burden on meI attempted to communicate my extreme frustration with the manager, who was rude and offered no resolution other than to pay the difference, as they already had my possessions on their truckMy belongings then arrived three days late; several items were broken, and I was not given a copy of an itemized moving list when they moved my items into my new homeI was told by the manager that I would be fast tracked through the claims process in order to receive compensation for the ridiculous upcharge and moving delays during our first, documented conversation; this, of course, did not happenI called the claims department the next day after my items arrived to immediately let them know that several boxes of valuables were missingThese items were never returned to meI also later found out that my bed was incorrectly put together, which has now resulted in me needing to trash my bed frameMy washer and dryer were also incorrectly installedAll in all, this move cost me over $3000, much misery, and, almost a year later, I'm still dealing with the fallout due to mishandled furnitureEveryone I encountered past my initial estimate was rude and unhelpful, and I received a measly $four months later, which I accepted because I was so tired of dealing with the companyLet me be clear-- I'm an educated professional who has dealt with several movers in the past; I would not take the time to complain about a service unless it was truly heinous, and this experience was exactly thatOn my part, I now know to not trust a moving company on face value; it is a pity that all of my many positive experiences in the past have been completely negated by this terrible experienceFinal thoughts-- do not use this companyIf you choose to use this company, do not trust them and be prepared to fight with them every step of the wayI still have a sour taste in my mouth when I think of how terrible the entire experience was

In all the chaos involved with moving a 6000 square feet office, when no packing was done prior to the move day, Moving Usa has got me through it with no pain even though I had to request to move the same item more than once--from one office to another office after changing my mind. The Movers from other companies I have experienced in the past would complain about this.... But the Moving Usa movers appeared happy to do the extra work without complaining. I could see a lot of a vigilant care with regards to not making any marks on my office walls as furniture was moved. Thanks to the moving crew I would like to praise and thank their great staff for their excellent service, efficiency and personal manners. I have highly recommended Moving Usa to others and look forward to having them move us again in the hopefully far future as, I hope we don’t have to move again for a very long time.

Moving USA offered excellent service and a fair price... they sent 3 guys who flew up and down stairs and also managed to squeeze all of my stuff into my apartment without any problems. In addition, they arrived before me on a Sunday morning at 7am. Despite that time and the amount of my belongings, they maintained a positive attitude and completed everything quickly! Much appreciated! Lastly, they kept me informed every step of the way by using text messaging which was very useful too!

They ended up being 4 days late. They originally said it would take 2 days to pack and load the truck. Wrong. 4 days. If there hadn't been an delay with the bank for the buyers of our house we would have had to pay rent because we were already supposed to be moved out. After everything was packed we get the bill and it is MORE THAN DOUBLE than the first estimate. The guy told us on the first day that we had more stuff than estimated and the bill might be a little more. I think this is a very common scam they run based on other reviews. I paid for professional movers and got one and he paid an unknown, unqualified, unaffiliated, stranger, passerby to help him since he showed up by his self.

I used Moving Usa for a local move yesterday that went pretty smoothly. The guys were great although there was a slight problem with an additional charge for packing some glass, but management worked diligently to rectify the situation. It was one of the best experiences I've had moving and I've probably relocated 5 or 6 times already. Their price was right, the movers were fast and careful with our belongings and the management was very professional. Like I said, I moved quite a bit and this moving company was the best one we used so far.

These guys are the best. Great service, great pricing, and great people. All my friends have used Moving USA my mom used them, and I've used them, and we've all had nothing but good things to say. Always efficient, friendly, and, most importantly, cheap.
