We have received Complaint ID # [redacted] dated March 2, referencing [redacted] .We received a user generated request from Ms [redacted] that was submitted on MilitaryHomeLink.com at 9:10pm MST on October 26, and then posted to Moving.com from MilitaryHomeLink.com The submitted moving request was to provide quotes to move a Honda CRV from Arizona to Alabama on March 15, We subsequently matched Ms [redacted] 's auto move request with four licensed and insured Auto Transport Companies on October 26, The next communication we received regarding Ms [redacted] 's auto move request was on Friday, February 17, at 12:44pm via an email request that was received from our contact at MilitaryHomeLink After receiving that communication, we launched our Do Not Call / Do Not Email process and requested that the four licensed and insured Auto Transport Companies cease any contact with Ms [redacted] We then received follcommunications from Military Home Link on Feb 21, and March 1, to confirm our Do Not Call / Do Not Email process was implemented and we confirmed via a phone calls to each of the our licensed and insured Auto Transport Companies that they had marked Ms[redacted] 's lead data as Do Not Call / Do Not Email.As stated above and to MilitaryHomeLink.com, we only matched Ms [redacted] 's request to the four licensed and insured Auto Transport Companies in our network to assist her with her auto move Her information was not provided to Penske or any other Moving company by Moving.com as stated in the other complaints she has provided to the Revdex.com.If there are additional questions, please let me know.Best,Rory M [redacted] Moving.com###-###-####
