Appt in February was paid but I'm still recieveing bills for the date of service
My son had an appton February 16,to see Dr*** that I paid for the office visit on that dayI called the number on the bill to dispute it and was told I have to email there billing deptto fix the problemI'm really annoyed that I have to do all the leg work to get this problem fixed instead of being able to call and get it fixed right awayWhen I spoke to the office supervisor I was informed again that I have to email there billing deptto get this fixedI also told the supervisor that when I come in next week for my sons next appt that if the billing dept hasn't fixed the problem I will refuse to pay for the February appt and she said I can't refuse to pay them or my son will not be seen
