Thank you for attaching the messages that you sent to the wrong company that has different offerings, admissions and operational hours I am attaching a copy of your receipt, which states that last admission is at 3pm and that you purchased children’s admissions I am also attaching screen shots of your group in the gift shop as well as screenshots of our website and correct [redacted] page which displays that we are open until 4pm and take last admission one hour prior to closing, a copy of our admissions handhout which states no feeding in the drive thru, a picture of our petting zoo feed cup which states petting zoo feed is for the petting zoo, a snapshot of our video feed (time stamp has always been off on this unit/date stamp is correct) of our director prior to going outside to ask the guest not to be disrespectful to the young girl at the window (we had a and and year old in the gift Shop at the time and was very disrespectful with earshot of the children working.)The group spent more than an hour in the park and was welcome to come the next day if they so choseNo refund was requested at the time of their visit and we had guests in the park from 10am to 11pm that day; not a one was asked to leave

This family came to the park after last admission We were not going to extend entry into the park due to the fact that we were gearing up for our Christmas Lights display that evening The extremely rude father of the group, [redacted] ***, was so rude to the young girl working the window that the director had to come over and interven by asking Mr [redacted] to not be rude to her it’s not her fault that we have already taken last admission It gets dark here at 5:and we take last admission by 4pm every night This information is online, on our website and can be obtained by calling the Zoo as well Mr [redacted] begged and pleaded to be granted entry and said “you would not believe the day I’ve had, we are two hours late please let us come in”So we did grant them entrySince it was so late in the day we extended the drive thru lights to them and refunded their fees purchase since they didn’t understand that petting zoo feed is for the petting zoo We had guests in the zoo all throughout the day and never require anyone to leave the park, we just need to reboot our system for shift change between 4:and 5:prior to opening he Christmas DisplayWe told the ***’s this I believe this is not the first time this family has done this and has left reviews on various sites to display their disappointment with us While I do not believe that we could have made them happy in anyway, they could possibly prevent future dissatisfaction at other venues by checking the correct sites (they had been gathering information from our sister location and messaging them), phoning the business ahead of time, or be grateful that a business went out of their way to extend them entry after the business was closedOur Park was rated a top Zoo in on [redacted] and also hold many accolades in animal care Many of our staff memebers hold professional certifications and have dedicated their lives to quality animal and customer care Our park also follows all local, state and federal regulations by meeting or exceeding animal containment requirementsAnimals do not approach vehicles because it is a violation of the animal welfare act for guests to have contact of any kind with guests unless under the observation of an employee We do offer VIP admission that allows guests to get closer and have one on one interaction, but the ***’s only chose the basic General Admission

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I would like to thank you as well, for attaching your documents After reviewing your documents its obvious that you have a case of mistaken identityFirst, let me clarify a few things My family consisted of two carsMy Blue Suv and my sisters black vanIn my Blue SUV, we had my father, my other sister, one of my nephewsIn the black van we had my sister ( whos been attacked by this company for leaving a review) and her two boys ( my other nephews, not my children as you have said) When we arrived, I parked my car and walked up to what I am assuming is the main gateI walked in and inquired about the car tour (my father is handicap and couldn’t walk in the zooAnother person this company has attacked for leaving a review)The place I walked into there was no doors, it was the front of the buildingOn the left hand side was a ticket window and on the right hand side it had a long hallway that had some animals behind some glassI bought our drive through tickets at this window gateI walked down the long Hallway to the right, to get the food from Pirate Cove (not sure if that’s the name)This is where the young lady directed me to go, to get the foodI walked, got the food and walked right backWent to my car and started the drive through zooPlease take notice I never stepped foot, in this zoo, other than the mentioned aboveMy sister (who was driving the black van) asked me how to pay (while inside her car in the parking lot)I told her she could pay at the gate that leads to the drive through zoo When I approached the drive through zoo, in my blue suv, I asked the young lady what I needed to show herShe told me to show her the green wrist bandsI did this and proceeded to drive through the zooWe spent mins in this zooWe did pass two other cars while in the zoo (maybe this is the people from the gift shop?) No one in my group even set foot in the gift shopThe only person in my group that got out of the car, was meI am a pound manThese photos you submitted are of another family, not meMy family consisted of my father (senior and on oxygen) my two older sisters (larger women then the one in your photo) and my three nephews (ages 8, 11, 12) Also thank you for sharing the rules for feedingThis was never brought to my attention by the staff at the ticket windowI did however, see the sign posted AFTER we entered the drive through zoo I’ve attached a picture of myself (on the left) and my sister (on the right) you can clearly tell that it’s not us in the gift shop This is disbursing to think a company would attack my family with lies, when it’s obvious the company is wrongI believe a full refund for both vehicles and an apology is in order Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We believe that the complaintant is still confused about everything presented He has still filled a complaint against the WRING PARK and is still very clearly confused about who he contacted We are located in Branson

I am rejecting this response because:I am sorry, there is no confusion and I feel this company is being misleading when they say that. I will clarify yet again. After doing some looking on their website. They have two locations. One in Branson (this is the one we went to, for 20 mins) and another one located in Eagle Rock. For this company to say that I am confused is strange. In their initial comment they stated,  “Since it was so late in the day we extended the drive thru lights to them and refunded their fees purchase since they didn’t understand that petting zoo feed is for the petting zoo.”Please see attached screen shot to verify this.The reason this is strange is because they only offer drive thru lights at their Branson location. I have included a link to their website of the Branson and Eagle Rock Locations attractions. If they think I am confused on location, why would they offer me a pass through their lights? ( They never did offer this or issued any kind of refund.)Christmas Lights only offered at Branson location- [redacted]  ( plus I will add the screen shot from the website stating this.)Branson Location Attractions-  [redacted] Eagle Rock Location Attractions- [redacted]
 Also in my initial complaint, I spoke about the animals not being free range. It CLREARY states on your attractions for Eagle Rock that the animals are free range.  So if I am confused about location, why would I complain about the animals being behind fences (ALL of the animals are behind the fences at the Branson Location.   There is no confusion on my part. When I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com, I followed their directions. I searched for the Promise Land Zoo, located in Branson Missouri. The website would bring up both zoos. However, when you click on the Branson Missouri location, it redirects you to the Eagle Rock location.   I feel Mr. [redacted] is the one that was confused and went after the wrong family. I have zero doubts that there was another family that wasn’t happy with them. That family could have very well been rude. It wasn’t my family, which is very clear. For Mr. [redacted] and his company to attack my family like the have is a horrible way to do business. I feel this company understands the mistake they made and are trying to back off the slanderous statements they made toward myself and my family.  Mr. [redacted] and his company still haven’t addressed ANY of my concerns.  Again, I feel a full refund for both vehicles and an apology is in order.  If this company isn’t wanting to do the right thing and issue a refund and an apology, I feel a negative rating is warranted.

I am rejecting this response because: Its an out and out lie.  I was never rude to anyone and would encourage the company to produce a video, showing me being rude. We arrived 315ish and paid at 328pm. I have attached my bank statement to reflect this. We didnt arrive past 4pm, like they're claming. If we did, how did I pay them at 328pm. I have never been offered any kind of refund, like they suggest. I am also not a father, so again, they got that wrong. If I was so rude to any employee I would like they would refuse me service.  I  have also attached my messages from Facebook. You can see that I contacted them right away and I actually wished the luck for the rest of the season. Not once in that conversation did they bring up any concerns they had with me or my family. Its only after I make this complaint do they start with there lies.  The slanderous claims and statements that this company is making is concerning. Please see supporting documents. I was nothing but kind and professional to this company.
