Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Mr. P[redacted] offered to attempt to repair our roof. However, since he did not correctly install the roof initially, it allowed leaking water to extensively damage the interior of our camper. We are unwilling to allow him to perform any additional work which could result in additional damage to the interior of our trailer. He indicated that when he visited our trailer on the Sunday the 1st of the month (I am not certain to which month he is referring), he did not see a tarp. We did have a tarp on a portion of our roof during September 2017. Due to the shape of our roof and the presence of vents, we were not able to put a tarp on the entire roof and all of the outside walls were leaking. Because we were not able to cover all of the leaks with a tarp, we were forced to have the rood replaced. We have pictures of the roof Mr. P[redacted] installed. Some of the pictures were taken while the roof was still on our trailer and others were taken after the roof was removed from the trailer. I have attached pictures showing some of the damage to the interior of our trailer. Regards, [redacted]
