Visited site today, the new rubber roofing installed was not leaking , the leak was coming from behind vinyl siding and running down along the wall to a porch ceiling. we removed vinyl siding and wood siding to expose sidewall sheathing, installed new flashing on sidewall, and new wood filler...

and replaced vinyl siding. this was not in our original scope of work. Originally we were hired to install  new rubber roofing on the porch roof, we were not shown any leaks or asked to find the cause and repair them , ( the home owner had self diagnosed the problem and the solution) , other wise we may have been able to repair this problem with out installing the new rubber roof.
