Review: Reference complaint ID [redacted]. Company called me about my complaint on or about Jun 28th and told me that they were going to cancel all charges that they said I owe them. However, today, July 6th, I received another bill with late fee. This company is not only unethical in its practices, it obviously lacks integrity. So while the previous complaint is still valid, this is a new one since I am now demanding reimbursement for the plants that this company killed through neglect last year.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of $230 for the cost to replace the plants that this company killed through neglect last year.

Response:
Hello **. [redacted],
I did contact to **.
[redacted] on the 28th of June. **.
[redacted] was very upset that I reached out to him. **. [redacted] told me that, “I
had a lot of nerve contacting him at his job”. I asked if there was
another time we could speak regarding the complaint he filed to the Revdex.com and he declined. I briefly explained that we would be writing off
the balance and re-confirmed that the account was closed. **. [redacted] then went into his dissatisfaction with
our company and the service he received and hung up the phone. Had **. [redacted] been open to a discussion I
would have explained that the process can take up to 15 days. We processed our bills two day later. It was unfortunate that he received a bill
however as promised, he need not pay it.
We ask that he be patience with the process and know that a statement will
go out on the 1st of August reflecting a zero amount due. Regarding the new and additional complaint, **.
[redacted] claimed that we killed his plants.
He reported white dead scales on his bushes on the 31st of
October 2012. A free service call was place
and a technician was out to take a sample.
On November 5, 2012 we were back out to treat for lace bugs. Finally, we serviced the [redacted]’s bushes again
on the 20th of December 2012. We
agreed to settle his account and write off the balance of $177.18 for the charges accrued in March, April and May of 2013. No further
allowances are due at this time. If **. [redacted] would like to discuss the account and his prior service in 2012 we would be happy to speak with him.
Thank you,
Consumer
