I paid for the repairs in cash $on 7/23/and the mower was delivered on 7/24/ The mower didn't work minutes before breaking down again with the exact same problem that was reportedly fixed I called Mowers & Mower the evening of 7/24/but they were closed for the day so I called them at 9am on 7/25/and talked with *** [redacted] promised me that he and another man would be out to my house that day to either fix the mower or take it back to the shop for proper repairs The shop is only miles from our house I arrived home Friday evening to discover the mower was still there and that no one from Mowers & Mower ever called or showed up as promised by *** They have been paid for work that wasn't completed Thanks ***

I talked with *** at Mowers and More on July 21st at 12:and he stated the mower was ready and would be delivered either Thursday, July 24th or Friday, July 25th. Payment is required before delivery and I'm currently out of town on business until Thursday. I firmly believe I need to inspect the mower prior to paying the invoice which releases it for delivery
I do dispute the notations made by *** in his reply to the Revdex.com. We checked with our phone provider for a record of all incoming calls for the months of June and July and no calls were received from Mowers and More until the morning of Friday, July 18th. My original claim also stated that my wife talked with the female employee at Mowers and More on Thursday, June 16th and she stated the part needed wouldn't arrive till the following Tuesday
I'm responding today to meet the day requirement but I'd like to have full closure on this complaint once I've inspected the mower and it's been delivered to my home. I'll submit an update by Saturday, July 27th

Please return our call @ ###-###-#### and ask for *** The repair work has been complete since June 17th We will
need to discuss the bill before we can go any further
