I paid for the repairs in cash $198.78 on 7/23/14 and the mower was delivered on 7/24/14. The mower didn't work 5 minutes before breaking down again with the exact same problem that was reportedly fixed. I called Mowers & Mower the evening of 7/24/14 but they were closed for the day so I called them at 9am on 7/25/14 and talked with [redacted]. [redacted] promised me that he and another man would be out to my house that day to either fix the mower or take it back to the shop for proper repairs. The shop is only 7 miles from our house.
I arrived home Friday evening to discover the mower was still there and that no one from Mowers & Mower ever called or showed up as promised by [redacted]. They have been paid for work that wasn't completed.
