Mowing Masters

Not to bore you with all of the details about my terrible experiences, I will just provide the cliff notes versionI have been using *** *** to fertilize my yard for the past two yearsThis spring they advertised a lawn mower service (operating under the name of Mowing Masters) in which they claim to pick up the mower, change the oil, sharpen the blades, clean the fuel system, wash the mower, and deliver it back to my home for $I went ahead and contacted them to have this doneThey were only supposed to have the mower for to business days, so after not hearing from them, I contacted them on the 12th dayThey finally contacted me to deliver the mower but ended up canceling for whatever reasonUltimately, after having my mower for over a month (March 12th-April 22nd), my wife contacted them only to speak to the owner of the company, ***He was very rude and condescending towards her to the point she was almost in tears
A month after pickup, the mower was finally deliveredUpon delivery I inspected the mower and discovered that the blades were never removed from the mower deck or sharpenedI contacted the company with my concerns and they more or less said they didn't care that I was not satisfied with the service, and proceeded to email me a bill for the full totalI don't mind paying for something if the services were completed as promised, but they definitely were notI attempted to contact *** *** corporate, but apparently they don't govern or oversee how the franchises are operated
After this terrible experience, I also cancelled my monthly lawn fertilization service, as in the past two years, I have not had any positive changes in my yard
If I could have given them zero stars, trust me, I would havePlease be very cautious when dealing with this business

This spring they advertised a lawn mower service (operating under the name of Mowing Masters) in which they claim to pick up the mower, change the oil, sharpen the blades, clean the fuel system, wash the mower, and deliver it back to my home for $99. I went ahead and contacted them to have this done. They were only supposed to have the mower for 7 to 10 business days, so after not hearing from them, I contacted them on the 12th day. They finally contacted me to deliver the mower but ended up canceling for whatever reason. Ultimately, after having my mower for over a month (March 12th-April 22nd), my wife contacted them only to speak to the owner of the company, [redacted]. He was very rude and condescending towards her to the point she was almost in tears.
