I am rejecting this response because: Neither of my daughters gave instruction other than not to trim rose bushes. There are three hedges, a fence long arborvitae and approximately 20 small shrubs that were to be kept trim in addition to mowing front and back. The small patch of grass in the front (approx 25 feet long by 10 feet wide) was poorly mowed once in a while. Multiple phone calls were made, no answer, no response. I left callback numbers and the business continued to call an incorrect number. I was not willing to pay $110 a month unless actual work was done. The charges are outrageous and work was not even completed as agreed. New services are charging $60 a month to complete the work. I cannot be billed for services not provided. The work was not done as agreed and it is an outright lie that anyone here would agree to continue to pay $110 for a small patch of lawn to be mowed twice a month, if that. I agreed to pay when work was completed and even listed all of the things to be done. This business refused to answer, I placed no less than 15 calls that were ignored, left numerous voice mails and received no response. The only way I was able to talk to someone was to call from a different number, which was immediately answered. Promises to call back were not kept. This business is billing for services not provided and dodging customers when they complain. It is completely unacceptable. I owe nothing as work was not completed and the business needs to return my last $110 check as NONE of the work specified was ever performed.
