I went into the salon on January 15, 2020 for a blow out which should have cost between $30-$35. Unfortunately I was in a rush when I was leaving because I was late to pick up my daughter and I signed the bill and left. I did not see until later that they charged me $135. When I called, they claimed that it was for a blow out package, which is not something I requested or authorized. I have tried to go through my credit card and they were unable to help and suggested I reach out to you. I have no problem paying for the one blow out I received, but I don't want to, nor do I feel should pay for services I did not request or receive. Please help me.
Below is the e-mail we sent to the client on Feb 14 along with proof of her signing the credit card charges. She falsely claimed dis-satisfaction of services to the corporate office and then in her letter to you stated that she was in a rush. She is welcome to our salon and use the remaining services in her package. We will be happy to offer the best services our salon has to offer. Hello ***, This is Priya, the owner at Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar of Saddle Brook. I believe you are claiming refund for a blowout package that you claim you never wanted. It has also been brought to my attention that you had a bad experience in the salon. We are unaware of any dis-satisfaction you received at our store and you bought the package after your service was performed. You came to our store on 01/15/2020, for the second time after 09/2019 and it was only after the service was performed that you knowingly and willingly bought the package and authorized the transaction after the service was completed. You appointment as per the system was at 6:30pm and you bought the package at 7:17pm, clearly indicating that it was after the service was completed. You must have been satisfied with the service is why you would have bought it. I am sorry but we cannot refund this package. Attached are the receipts for your reference. Thanks
