Mozan Auto Sale

I am rejecting this response because:I was not sold a [redacted] malibu, it was a 2008 [redacted] impala. My name is not [redacted]. Mozan auto sales does not need to be in business. They all lie and sell unreliable vehicles that have safety issues. He knows who I am and what vehicle I purchased. I have alot of text messages from Mozan. [redacted] is the number I have in my phone where he told me "its not my problem" to go ahead with legal action, "I wont get anything out of it". I also have text messages where he said he liked me. Like I said, im without a vehicle now, the bank lost out on the money because he sold a car with frame damage. They sell cars, that are a safety issue. So with that said, clearly he has another issue with another consumer from his response. I will be satisfied if their company is shut down and they won't be able to own or opperate a business here. I am in talks with an attorney. Thank you.

I have proof that mozan auto sales knew of the damage to the car, he should not have sold the car to me or anyone. When I tried to be put in another vehicle he told me the impala is a very good reliable car. He lied to me. And did not tell me or show me anything regarding frame damage. I would like to keep this from legal action, but he has done nothing to rectify the situation. He's been rude and does not answer when I have tried to contact him. So yes, I have been communicating with an attorney. I've never been so unhappy and disappointed with a car dealership until now. Extremely disappointed.
