Consumer clarification:Here are the documents you requested regarding our Budget Fence complaintCopy of Contract and letters we sent Three Photos – # [redacted] shows correct height/installation of fence in some areas (how it should look everywhere/where you can edge underneath fence with approxinch to inch spacing from ground.) # [redacted] shows string indicating areas where fence in uneven (there are sections; this is one of them) # [redacted] shows the bottom of the fence buried in grass/dirt (there are sections; this is one of them/where there is no or very little spacing underneath bottom bar of the fence)To summarize – Budget Fence has never come to our house to view our complaintThank you, [redacted] & [redacted] ***

Per phone conversation with company:They are aware of the issue, and advised they would be out over the weekend to hang the fence

the customer is not telling the whole truth at all , the customer orderd a specialty fence that was weeks to order , he gave a deposit in jan 12 ,budget pd the supplier the for the materials , tim cancelled the fence order weeks later after the materials were already
being produced, budget has not received the funds back from the supplier as of today 3--,as soon as we receive it he will get his refund, he is aliitle far from the truth , and to think we have been friends for plus yrs , not no more

THIS JOPB GOT COMPLETED WEEKS AGO , THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY AND FENCE IS INSTALLED ACCORDING TO CONTRACT

I am sorry *** *** did not get the quality of service he expectedNo excuse the first time he was told that we were told we were going to be there As for the second time he was told that it would be either Monday or Tuesday, we showed up Tuesday and he called the police and threw us off the
property because we didn't show up on MondayThen he called us back hours later wanting us to return immediately to finish the fence I had already assigned another job to his installer and he expected us to walk off that job and finish his His job was completed in a timely manner but when he was called about rain delays he didn't want to except the fact that outside construction of any kind will have delays that we do not see until the job is started ( rain,digging, etc.) The job was delayed longer because of the situation he caused. We were paid by a customer to remove fence off their property, we did just that.

Update from consumer:I rec'd a message from you saying that the company told you that they will be out to fix the fence within two week.  That was over two weeks ago and it does not appear anyone has been out.What do I do now?Thanks[redacted]

Business responded to complaint. I spoke with the owner and he assured me he will be out within the next 2 weeks to take care of Mr.[redacted]  fence. Thank You  [redacted]
