MPC was extremely helpful in helping me deal with my insurance and adjuster. They were able to get my roof replaced with quality materials in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using their expertise.

Work was less than satisfactory! What should have been a day project was drawn out over 5 days and still dealing with corrections of poor workmanship. I had to hire another contractor to fix several areas and had to pay out of pocket! Crew left garbage and handful after handful of roofing materials in my yard including nails. Communication was horrible and constantly I was promised things that never happened! Owner was extremely difficult to talk to and down right rude. The two times I actually was able to get ahold of him I was unable to get a word in as all he did was yell and tell me how busy he was and actually hung up on me not once but twice! Horrible customer service! I am still dealing with problems and the project started June 2, 2020!

Just completed work on our property and my wife and I are very happy with the results. The crew worked very hard and the martindale rep was always available for questions.

I hired MPC to do a roof for me a year ago. Included in the contract was a complete tear off. The owner of the company told his employees not to tear off any sheeting that they didn't have to regardless to what the contract said. They ended up laying a new roof over rotted lumber because they didn't want to do the work necessary to replace. I had two other contractors come out and tell me the entire roof needs to be torn off and redone. I already had someone replace the flat roof section because of leaking in the home that was causing additional wood rot and mold. When I told Mr. I would be filing a review he threatened to sue me and had his lawyer inform me that they would be out to replace the roof the next weekend. That was almost a year ago and no contact has been made since.

Fast responses. Deals with everything for you. Does amazing work and will not leave until you are happy. Would definitely use them again

We had our roof and gutters replaced, MPC dealt with everything, from the insurance adjuster, to being on site and making sure the job was getting done correctly. Communication was easy and response time to calls or text messages was always prompt. Very satisfied with workmanship, communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.

These guys are a fellow “Master Elite” contractor in our area, it’s always good to know our competitors are installing quality roof systems as well. Same mission, same mentality, Good customer service goes a long way!! Nice job guys!

I heard about Martindale Pinnacle Construction so got ahold of them regarding a storm damage claim as wind ripped a lot of shingles off my home. The owner is a very smart and likeable guy. This was about 3 weeks ago and we already had snow starting and below freezing temperatures, however he still said they could get it done. Well today it was all finished. The roof was done last week. He was able to upgrade a few things for us and the gutters were installed today and look great. I would recommend mpc construction to anyone. The owner is professional and available when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends or anyone reading this. Thanks for the roof and gutters!

This company has roofed my house 06/23/2018. It has been one week since, but they have not put gutters back on. We have had a lot of rain and this is ruining my property. We have tried to contact the company several times with no response. Our area suffered a great deal of hail damage. I drove down Willard Avenue in Janesville yesterday and none of the houses with their advertising sign out front have gutters. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service this company has provided.
