Have used this company for years. They are professional and prompt. The machines they offer are the best quality we have used. The technicians are out the same day when we occasionally need service. Could not be happier.

Review: We have expressed our desire to end our contract and return a copier numerous times to MP Copiers. We have been over-charged approximately $200/month (according to estimates from other copier companies) for years. We have been unhappy with MP Copiers throughout the term of our contract; however, they have been unwilling to negotiate the contract term or price. We have been stuck for years waiting for the end of the contract period. When the term was finally ending, we notified them in writing and verbally in advance that we do not wish to renew the contract. MP Copiers employees are denying that we have asked to end the contract and are aggressively trying to intimidate us into another long term, overpriced contract and/or to pay fees to ship back the copier. They have involved a third party, whom we do not know and have no contract with, who is also harassing our employees. MP Copier staff, as well as the third party representative, have been unprofessional and rude. We have no desire to continue a business relationship with MP Copiers due to its hard sell tactics, outrageous prices and horrible customer service.Desired Settlement: We want them to terminate our contract as requested, pick up their copier, and stop contacting us.
