SCARY & FILTHY DUMP, Had to call the PoliceStayed there for one night while my girlfriend was in the hospital nearbyThe room was a dump! Blood stains on the towels (REALLY!) the heater rattled all night, the TV had no channels because they cheaped out for the winter and turned off the digital connectionThat's not the worst part!
Came home from the hospital at 7am to find another guest urinating on the building outside the guest entranceWhen he saw my look of disgust he told me to "mind my own EXPLETIVE business" or he would "Kick my EXPLETIVE"Nobody working the front desk so I went to roomThe man who I saw urinating was wandering the lobby and hallways and again confronted me and threatened me with physical harmFinally somebody showed up at the desk and said no manager was available so I went back in my room and went back laterThe pig was still wandering and when the front desk called the manager, he refused to come to the desk to talk to me! I called the police and made them come to scene and filed a report but the manager never showed for that eitherThis place is a scary, disgusting pit where they condone bloody towels and allow guests to deface the property with urine! BE WARE!!!!!!!!
I stayed at The Falmouth Inn on November 22cd, The stay illuminated a dirty hotel, was poorly managed, poorly cleaned, and had little customer service While I can appreciate cutting corners, this hotel has cut too much and is now a possible health hazardThe first room that I was given had a sink and tub that would not drainThe second room that I was given had a heater that didn't workThe third room that I was given was dirty and the smoke detector was chirpingThe front desk person became angry that I asked for a refund She refused and gave me another roomThe fourth room that I was given has chipping paint over the bed and had pubic hairs on it and in the bathtubI asked to speak with the manager numerous times and still have not received a callThe building was built prior to 1978, so it is likely that there is lead paint falling on the pillows
