must request pickup because they were unaware as to when the material would actually be available. As you can see under the special terms and conditions, this purchase order was to be paid upon the receivers weights. Standard payments take 3-5 days depending on current mill volume. Ace Metal released the material on 12/22/15 and the material arrived the afternoon of 12/23/15. Like most other businesses in scrap and recycling, as well as Ace Metal, we closed down from 12/24/15 and reopened on 1/4/16. Melissa demanded payment on 12/24/15, and I informed her there was nothing I could do until our accounting department reopened. I assured her payment would be sent ASAP. Unfortunately, she refused to accept my answers.   As for the blocked phone numbers, that was done per the advice of legal counsel. The Law Offices of Dubai Judge in St. Louis sent a cease and desist letter, in my behalf, to Ace Metal after receiving copies of harassing phone calls and emails. A copy of this letter will be provided upon request.   Business resumed on 1/4/16 and accounting sent payment in full to Ace Metal on 1/7/16 in the amount of $13,988.49 (see attachment pago_factura_proveedor_157). Ace Metal also fails to mention they did not meet their contractual obligations. Please see attached purchase order ACEM-STLO2.pdf dated 12/17/2015. We fulfilled our contractual obligation to pay $13,988.49 for ACEM-STLO1 within the standard time frame. Ace Metal has yet fulfil their contractual obligation for purchase order ACEM-STLO2. Failure to fulfil their obligation created a monetary loss for MP Recycling.       --- [redacted]
