Had blood drawn in February, Insurance paid in April and now it is the middle of August and I get a bill from [redacted]. [redacted] Hospital web site states they will send 3 statements and call 2x before turning it over to a collection agency. Never received any bills and never received any phone calls. The credit representative at [redacted] is clueless and uninformed as to why I never got a bill and retorted to me the hospital doesn't send out bills, MPE does their billing. (I'm sure that is a cost saving measure by the hospital to out source work for a lower pay.) MPE malfeasant employees didn't want to deal with it so they shoved it over to [redacted]. So now they want their money or it goes to collection.
What an incompetent billing company! Please Be Aware of this Billing Company!!!
