On Feb, 9, the MPG Ina road facility corrected a major gas leak by replacing the fuel pump on my Smart Car
Shortly after picking up the car on Feb 16, I returned to CalifAbout weeks later my check engine light came on indicating a leak in the evaporative systemAfter checking lines for tightness and validating the integrity of the gas cap, I took the car to the local Smart Car centerThey performed tests and found a problem with the installation of the new fuel pumpI contacted MPG, explained the issue and sent them a copy of the dealer invoice; they accepted full responsibility and reimbursed me for the additional repair
I think this shows a lot of integrity and a focus on customer serviceI would return to them for automotive service and repairs anytime I am in TucsonWe all make mistakes now and then, however not every institution will acknowledge them
